We will send you a reminder email 7, 3, 2, 1 day(s) and finally 6 hours before your event. You can also see what's happening in your area by viewing your local regional calendar.
Is it really free?
ItsYourDiary.com is free to local users and local groups. We don't charge users and groups but we do offer advertising space to local businesses to help pay for the costs in running the website. We believe online tools should be free and we promise we will not charge users or groups anything for our services.
How do I register on ItsYourDiary.com?
Click on 'Sign In' and then click 'Create New Account' and fill out the form. We'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your identity which you will need to reply to and that's it.
How do I add an event to my calendar?
Just click on 'Add new event' on your calendar page or your schedule page or in your 'Member area'.
How do I delete an event in my calendar?
Just go to your schedule and click on 'Delete' next to the desired event.
How do I turn off/on event email reminders?
Just click on 'My Profile' in your 'Member area' and either tick or un-tick the 'Event reminder' box.
How do I join a local group?
Just click on 'Groups' in your 'Member area' and you'll see a list of groups in your region. If there are no groups in your region why not start one?
How do I create a local group?
Click on 'Sign In' and choose 'Group' at the top of the page.
Can I join more than one region?
Sorry but ItsYourDiary.com is all about being local. However you can join another region by using another email address.
How do I get my event listed in the regional calendar?
Just click on 'Contact Us ' and choose 'Event listing' from the subject field.
How do I get photos and videos from my event in the gallery?
Photos and videos have to be of an event in the regional diary. Just click on 'Contact Us ' and select 'Web Team' and tell us about the event.
How do I advertise on ItsYourDiary.com and how much does it cost?
Just click on 'Contact Us ' and select advertising. Prices depend on size of advert, number of clicks, time on display and size of advert. As a guideline prices start at about £15/month.
How do I delete my account on ItsYourDiary.com?
We hope you won't want to leave us but if you do just drop us a line by using the 'Contact Us ' link and select the Web Team link. Please use the same email address that you used to register.
